陈之佛(1896.9.23--1962.1.15), 浙江余姚人。现代美术教育家、工艺美术家、画家。1916年毕业于杭州甲种工业学校机织科，留校教图案课。先后在上海艺术大学、上海美术专科学校和南京中央大学艺术系任教授、南京大学艺术系教授兼系主任。中国美术家协会理事、中国美协江苏分会副主席、江苏省文联副主席等。主编《中国工艺美术史教材》，出版《陈之佛画集》《艺术人体解剖学》等。
