溥佐（1918年5月7日－2001年9月10日）， 满族。 中国画画家。清宣统 帝 爱新觉罗·溥仪之堂弟。河北艺术师范学院、 天津美术学院任教。1952年加入中国画研究会。1959年应聘任天津河北艺术师范学院国画讲师。曾为 中国民主同盟盟员。是第六届全国政协委员。有《溥佐画集》出版。与 孙其峰、 张其翼 合作出版《花鸟画范》，与孙其峰等人编绘出版《翎毛参考资料》等。
