C106g71 is consistent with the dating of this lot.獸面凸起,頭頂雙角,雙目圓睜,鼻呈如意形,口大張露齒,鬃毛呈圓珠紋一圈,面施綠褐白三彩。此獸面為唐代稱為魌之鎮墓獸,獅頭,鹿角,雙目圓睜,身有雙翼,獸面兩側即頂部開三孔,應為固定於木板之上。其面可參考一件唐代三彩魌頭,見《世界陶瓷全集》,東京,1976年,頁90。本拍品經牛津熱釋光檢測編號C106g71,結果與其斷代相符。
