唐澄(1919-1986)曾用名唐荣澄、唐清之，安徽歙县人。中国第一位动画片女导演。先后任动画设计、副导演、导演。唐澄的代表作有《骄傲的大将军》、《萝卜回来了》、《小蝌蚪找妈妈》、《大闹天宫》、《草原英雄小姐妹》、《鹿铃》等。曾被选为上海市第七届人大代表、中国电影家协会上海分会理事。
