Of flattened ovoid from, rising from an oval foot to a slightly everted neck, carved in high relief through the opaque yellow outer layer to the transparent bubble-suffused and white-specked ground with four sinuously coiled and neatly incised chilong.Provenance: Collection particulière dans le département Eure-et-Loir, France. Diameter neck 14 mm and mouth 7 mm.The medley of various tones of yellow on glassworks was apparently developed during the Qianlong period, probably in the middle or second half of the reign. Among them, the most common combination was a range of yellow tones above a transparent ground.
