|文具盒长方形，台座式，底与台座相连。通体朱漆。盒盖平面与围边剔雕如意纹，底座束腰，四周开光内填异色，周围满刻缠枝花卉纹，変异莲瓣纹边饰，外翻马蹄足，下承托泥。盒内髹赭色漆，内挖一圆一方两孔分别放置一铜制麒麟纹水滴与一方描金边砚台。在台座侧面，装一拉手，暗藏一屉，可置其他文房什计。该文具盒设计巧妙，内置文房，保存完好，殊为不易！
