题识：何处合成愁怕一夕西风客路羁情不断，浑与世相隔正十分皓月清尊素手重携。岁次戊辰秋八月之吉，余杭准提庵慧定沐手敬书。
钤印：长乐 简介：慧定法师，一名兰英，又名毕秀姑，余杭仓前毕家埭人，为清末轰动朝野的冤案杨乃武与小白菜案的女主角小白菜。冤案沉冤得雪后，毕秀姑被释放出狱，万念俱灰，在余杭准提庵出家为尼，法号慧定。于1930年圆寂，终年七十六岁。开始安葬于余杭镇东门外文昌阁外小青庙。为其徒孙洪增所建，临古运河，面安乐塔，墓塔刻有律诗两首，乃董季麟作。1966年因拓建余昌公路，墓塔被毁。1985年余杭镇政府出资，按原样迁建慧定法师墓塔于安乐山东麓。
