撇口，束颈，圆腹，圈足外撇。瓶身青花绘饰，颈部绘蕉叶纹，腹部主体绘香草龙纹，主体纹饰为香草龙纹，四条青龙盘旋萦回，飞舞于漫漫云气之间。香草龙纹属一类变形夔龙纹，始见于明代，因龙形如香草枝叶漫卷而得名，部分龙纹亦口衔香草以为呼应。清代官窑继承此风，而传世作品较少。本器龙身、龙爪及龙尾均为香草形，流畅舒展，龙首亦作变化，古朴有金石风韵。整体塑形工整，白胎细腻紧实，釉水清莹光洁。而青花青翠浓艳，发色纯正。画工虽重细节然不落程序，自然灵动，一气呵成。
