湖田窑梅瓶器物唇口，短颈，丰肩，长圆腹，收胫，圈足。器身重心偏上，下部圆收；肩部起筋一圈，肩腹部有俯莲纹，纹饰简洁，造型雅致。器身施青白釉，釉色青中泛白，釉层较薄，施釉均匀，釉面匀净，积釉处略泛蓝。
