Jacques TRIPET (1749- ?), jardinier et fleuriste, il connut une grande réputation sous le Directoire et le Premier Empire pour ses tulipes ; en 1799, il montra, dans son jardin de la rue du Faubourg Saint-Martin, la plus belle collection de tulipes jamais vue en France ; en 1801, il y transféra ses jardins aux Champs Elysées. Fleuriste de l'Empereur, Joséphine fut la marraine de l'un de ses enfants.Pièce signée avec apostille autographe. 1 p. in-16. Paris, 10 nivôse an 3 [30 décembre 1794]. Mention ancienne d'identification à l'encre : " Jardinier fleuriste renommé pour les tulipes ".Reconnaissance de dette.
