It is structurally stable, and all components are firmly attached. As expected, wear throughout. To one of the corners, there is a loss, smaller than 1/4 inch. There are short lines of cut to the side, each approx. 1/2 in. There are two minute losses to the leather top along one of the corners. Along the top cushion, there is a 1 inch long line of scratch.
