Phillipe H Mourey (P.H. Mourey) three piece clock garniture set French, 19th Century, gilt metal clock, the porcelain face, decorated with enamel painted Roman numerals, marked Japy Freres and Co, impressed numbers 11240 200 to the reverse of the movement, the case excluding the base and dome is 41cm high, including the base and dome it measures 53cm high overall, the candlesticks of a similar design with powder blue and floral decorated porcelain panels and decorated with cherubs, 30.5cm high overall (3) Overall wear, marks and scratches as expected. We have not had the clock running since it has been with us, but the vendor recalls it does work. Some areas possibly repainted and has been maintained. We do not think the base/dome is original to the clock. Urn on top of the clock is bent/mis-shapen and leaning. Minor chips to the rim of the dome. Chips to the porcelain on the candlesticks. As this is not currently working we would rmend having it serviced.
