Russian Niello silver lidded vase displaying a man on horseback and a ship at port on the obverse. With gold wash to the interior. Moscow city stamp, "84" and an unidentified maker's mark. Total approx. weight is 4.64 troy oz (gross). From a Hollis, NY estate. Dimensions: case measures approx. 2.5" w x 0.875" d x 4.875" h. Condition: Good, with light surface scratches and minor dings/dents. Overall wear. Wear to interior gold wash.
