款识：飞鸟有心来作伴，同留清节在人间。己巳冬十二月，芙湘陈池秀画。|钤印：迟秀长寿、花洲小榭 |作者简介：陈池秀（近代），号牛子，广东台山人，而长于广州，曾在南武中学任教。少年时开始学画花鸟、山水，先后拜刘玉笙、程竹韵为师，更得到过李研山的指导，是广东国画研究会的骨干成员之一。
