乌鸦皮田黄，又名黑皮田，外表裹一层黑皮的田黄石。乌鸦皮田黄外表附有微透明、黑色石皮。上、中、下三坂均有出产。单层的乌鸦皮灯下能透，其肌质易于鉴识，若乌鸦皮内再有一、二层黄皮或白皮则难以灯照识别，不过这类含多层石皮的田石，若皮质细腻、无杂色、无砂斑，则多见其裹色质俱佳，尤如冻石，实属难得之材。黑皮面积有大小尽裹全石的不多见，皮之厚甚均匀容易受刀，可加工成各种景物。
