《万山红遍》为李可染先生的代表之作，不凡之处便是作者用了大量朱砂来渲染画面，满目红山，意境非凡。1962-1964年间，李可染共创作了七张尺幅各异的《万山红遍》。其中三幅现分别藏于中国美术馆、中国画院和荣宝斋;一幅为可染先生家属收藏;另有三幅被海内外藏家珍藏。
