张世宁，号尚水先生，中共党员，1975年出生于河北省邢台市沙丘古郡广宗县。文旅部高级书法辅导老师，中国写生会会员。1991年至1994年在杭州陆军某部服现役。现在广宗县人社局工作。自幼醉心书法，且笔耕不辍。夜以继日，临帖、学习、研究、苦练，从来没有间断过。擅长行书和隶书。师承恩师隶书泰斗周保国先生，是大国名师周保国先生的入室弟子。近年来，刻苦钻研周氏隶书，得到了恩师周保国先生的肯定，以及广大书法爱好者的喜爱！
