此拍品和田白玉质，精白无暇，细腻温润。呈长方形，以多层透雕工艺雕穿花龙纹，龙首正面，形体细长，圆眼长鼻，体态蜿蜒婉转、灵动飘逸，穿梭于繁花之中，身姿矫健，背面光素只见切割痕迹。整器图画细腻华美，包浆自然，雕工精细有力，纹饰经典，时代特征明显。《说文》释龙为“鳞虫之长。能幽能明，能细能巨，能长能短。春分而登天，秋分而潜渊”的神物，此器一如此说。
