陳宏勉，字君碩，1954年生於台灣嘉義，高中時受吳梅嶺啟蒙習畫，隨父論書。畢業於國立臺灣藝術專科學校，師承梁乃予、李猶，與臺靜農、王壯為、曾紹杰薰陶傳統文化的生活美學。創作上含括書法、篆刻、水墨畫，書法重視線條質感；篆印樸質醇厚，推陳出新；水墨畫重視文人精神，寫意山水風格沉著穩重。在1986 山水作品入藏中央圖書館，1997 高雄市立美術館典藏作品〈天門之三〉。

時人尋雲路，雲路杳蹤。山高多險峻，澗闊少玲瓏。碧嶂前兼後，白雲西復東。欲知雲路處，雲路在虛空。
寒山棲隱處，絕得雜人過。時逢林內鳥，相共唱山歌。瑞草聯谿谷，老松枕嵯峨。可觀事客，憩歇在巖阿。
