鏡圓形，圓鈕，圓鈕座，主區呈三段式佈局，紋飾以高浮雕的技法呈現，一層主神端坐，身側站立數位仙侍，中置羅傘；二層於鏡鈕兩側鑄飾兩位主神，身著錦袍，正襟端坐，頭戴冠者為東王公，帶勝者為西王母；三層中央仙藤延伸，兩側置數位仙人。主區外環飾一周「餘造明鏡」銘，內容豐富，鏡緣飾一周幾何圖式。整鏡佈局嚴謹，結構清晰，層次鮮明，尺寸較大且保存完好，銅質精良，鏡體幹凈，白光質，光氣十足，實為神獸鏡之佳品，值得收藏。
