高5.16cm；宽3.66cm；厚1.27cm
白玉质，晶莹温润，受沁呈赭红色，边缘圆滑，包浆熟旧。器背面呈鸡心形，表面纹饰刻画精细，边缘刻夔龙纹线条柔和。正面高浮雕镂雕螭龙纹，上下出廓，回首状，灵动俊秀、精巧自然。上有穿孔，可穿系佩挂。韘形佩，俗称“鸡心佩”，是由“韘”发展演变而成的古代玉佩饰，它具有韘的基本造型，却不具备韘的实用功能，主要用于装饰佩带。整体线条流畅，选材精良，尺寸适宜佩戴，工艺精湛，极富趣味，实为不可多得的玉雕佳品。
