A BUFFALO HORN FIGURE OF GUANYINChina, Qing Dynasty (1644-1912). Depicting the goddess seated with her left leg raised, dressed in flowing robes finely incised on the hems and sleeves with minute floral scroll, her face with a serene expression, her hair tied in a high chignon under a cowl, holding a scroll in her right hand, the left resting on her knee, completely covered in dark brown lacquer.Condition: Good condition with minor wear and few small chips to the base, one finger chipped.
