直径4cm；高6cm
|漆小匣为矮圆柱形，底之外壁与盖之内壁字母口吻合，底上有铜鎏金夹层正中有圆孔，可安一鎏金狮首圆柱，与底下鎏金繐钮相固定，盖面中间折铜胎呈玉环形，中间有圆孔，可让底上圆柱的兽钮穿出，盒中可放玉扳指，底之外壁黑漆地描金，以折枝兰花为饰，盖之外壁上下各一圈描金不断回纹余下中间以镂空四方联机纹为饰，盖上方以描金缠枝花纹为饰，匣下方铜钮可丝繐，上方狮首有左右对穿孔，供穿丝带以系腰间。做工精巧，应是出于乾隆时期内务府所制作，以便装扳指随身携带。
