平顶长方形合页门，膨牙花板，矮弯足。通体髹黑褐色大漆，造型结构标准。柜面以描金绘 “郭子仪祝寿”图。郭子仪祝寿是民间颇为流行的寓意光耀门庭的吉祥图案。郭子仪，唐代大将，武举出身，官至天德军使兼九原太守。安禄山、史思明叛乱后，任朔方节度使，在河北击败史思明。唐肃宗即位后，任关内河东副元帅，配合回纥军营里，说服回纥主帅，联合抗击吐蕃军队，使唐政权转危为安。柜面上或河边垂柳，人物骑驴，或庭院深深，递相行进，或相携攀谈，或童子相随，形象多变，或有描金，内容丰富多彩，场景愈加热烈喜庆，也更加祝寿场景，充分体现吉祥寓意，丰满生动，主题突出，是难得之作。
