此壶紫泥为胎，泥色深褐，是窑温到达极致的完美体现。壶呈提梁式，提梁截面呈四方，上部形似“介”字，两节内弧对称，颇为巧思。柱形壶钮，压盖，三弯流，比例简洁明了，气韵质拙古朴。整器工整端庄，造工极为精到。虽并无任何款识，但就其造诣来说，也并非一般功手能为之且提梁式壶保存不易，此件品相如此完好，颇为难能可贵。
