方印盖款1957年生，江苏宜兴市人。生于紫砂陶艺世家，随父亲徐汉棠学艺。1987年作品《裙花提梁壶》被国务院办公厅选定于紫光阁陈设。现为高级工艺美术师、工艺美术师（江苏省轻工厅评定）。作品《裙花提梁壶》被北京中南海紫光阁收藏。1986年作品《光—灯得奉献》获日本第二届美浓陶瓷设计评比入选奖。1989年作品《双提茶具》获第四届全国陶瓷评比三等奖。1990年作品《节日夜空》获江苏陶艺评比二等奖。
