作者简介：吴湖帆，江苏苏州人，为吴大澄嗣孙（1894-1968）。初名翼燕，字遹骏，后更名万，字东庄，又名倩，别署丑簃，号倩庵，书画署名湖帆。吴湖帆又精于鉴赏，家藏宋拓欧帖凡四，故其居为“四欧堂”。-般收藏家，多请其鉴别真膺。尤其古画，经他-览，立辨真伪。著名书画鉴定家张珩、徐邦达、杨仁恺是他的弟子。吴湖帆作书画，必自己磨墨，人问其故？他说：“自己磨墨，不但掌握浓淡，亦是构思大好时光”。
