说明：此玉雕螭龙纹勒子，呈长方柱体，红褐色沁。器体两面浅浮雕四条螭龙，螭龙两两相对，龙身修长，蜿蜒盘曲，身姿矫健。勒子颈部打一对穿孔，可穿系佩戴。整器雕工细致，玉质顺滑厚实，表面包浆凝厚亮泽。
螭龙为中国古代神兽之一，一说是一种海兽，称「蚩尾」；二说是原形为壁虎的「螭吻」。除一般「龙」的寓意外，螭龙亦代表美好、吉祥及男女感情。说明：
勒子又称「蜡子」，初为生产劳动中的提握附件，以兽皮造，后来以坚硬的石玉作材料。随时间推移，勒子演变为饰品，作佩戴、把玩之用，可单独或跟其他玉饰挂于胸前或腰间。玉勒子寓意「遇乐子」，象征如意吉祥，古人亦云：「玉勒子，君子佩之，行走天下，可大福大德。」
