说明：此臂搁截取竹筒制作而成，表面包浆浑厚自然，色呈红褐，浓郁润泽，古朴美观。刻“青山白云”四字，刀工力之遒劲，刚劲流畅，足见其功力。臂搁为古人文房用品，明清之时初现。旧时习字，自右而左，从上向下，使用臂搁可以防止衣袖沾染上墨迹。臂搁从实用器逐渐发展成为把玩观赏之物，体现着中国文人特有的审美情趣。
