汪野亭 (1884—1942)，名平，字鉴，号平山、平生、老平、垂钓子，亦号传芳居士，平山草堂主人，斋名平山草堂，江西省乐平县人，近现代著名绘瓷艺家。为瓷都景德镇20世纪20年代形成的珠山八友大师之一，工画花鸟、山水。在绘瓷技法上，采用油料，以水粉敷色，作品别具一格。汪野亭是20世纪前期景德镇陶瓷美术革故鼎新的著名陶瓷艺术家。他的山水画，一直为后人所仰重、仿效，足足影响了半个多世纪。他从艺30多年从未离开过景德镇，创作了许多代表那个时代的精美作品，受到了世界收藏家的青睐并争相收购。
