本品小口长颈，瓶腹饱满，腹垂悬胆。整器绘釉里红五爪飞龙，气势万千，于云朵间翻转，图案雄伟，气势恢弘，彷佛宣告海内之地，帝德无远弗届。此胆瓶将乾隆帝的思古之情，华丽雄浑之品味，纳于一身，跃于瓷上，龙纹乃中国瓷器及工艺品最重要之纹饰，象征帝王及皇权强而有力，此龙纹长颈胆瓶，纹饰浓丽，龙身矫健，腾飞云间，布局恰到好处，谐和协调，极为珍稀，青花发色浓艳，浑厚、沉着清晰明快，釉面坚致肥腴，匀净光润；造型规整，绘工秀美，清逸脱俗。瓶底心书“大清乾隆年制”六字青花篆书款。
