乾隆茶叶末釉首先是胎体细腻，瓷质坚密，胎壁比雍正时略厚，釉面匀净，有的带棕眼和丝纹，光泽莹润，釉面色调有深浅之分，其造型既继承了前朝雍正式样，也有仿古铜器式，还有创新式样。品种主要是陈设观赏器及少量的文房用具等。常见葫芦瓶、缓带耳葫芦瓶、七弦瓶、六连瓶、螭耳长颈瓶、天球瓶、双兽耳瓶、直口瓶、双贯耳瓶、弦纹撇口瓶、菱花口盘、菱花口碗、鼓钉碗、山形笔架、凸弦纹洗、小缸、兽耳尊、出戟花觚、七弦尊、三足炉等。款识上，多是在器物底或足内篆书“大清乾隆年制”六字款，少数是四字篆款“乾隆年制”，个别横写于器物口边六字篆书款。字体清晰圆润工整。
