造型小巧玲珑，白釉温润如玉，器壁极薄，为脱胎制品，有“只恐风吹去，还愁日炙销”之感，许之衡《饮流斋说瓷》赞到：“脱胎一种，其薄类于鸡卵之壳，……此等制品，始于永乐，仿于康雍，乾隆以后遂不能仿，盖夺造化之天工，极制作之能事矣”。小杯直口，圈足。通体施白釉，青花绘竹，胎白细腻干净，釉质纯净娇嫩，明亮透彻。白润晶莹的釉色加以青花的点缀，使得全器出现了一种动静相宜的完美艺术风范。
