瓶小口、长颈、溜肩、圆腹微垂、圈足。 通体施灰青色釉，釉面滋润，满布黑色大开片纹、黄色小开片纹。 圈足内满釉，足端无釉，呈黑褐色。 此瓶造型端庄典雅，釉面油润泛酥油光，且布满"金丝铁线"片纹，足墙浅而上宽下窄，内墙呈斜坡状，手捏无法提起，可称传世清代哥窑器中工艺特征突出的代表作。
