毕伯涛，别名黄山樵子，1886年出生于安徽省歙县，是中国著名的陶瓷美术大师。早年师从波阳画家张云山学习纸画，旅居景德镇后专攻陶瓷粉彩，擅长翎毛花卉，瓷画以用笔工细、设色淡雅著称。 后研习新罗山人一派画风，作品极富生活气息且标新立异，神形兼备。画花鸟善于表现禽鸟瞬间动态与明媚鲜艳的花树，风格俊逸清新，刻意汲取新罗山人画风之精髓， 融会贯通，使瓷画别具一格，对新中国成立后景德镇制瓷艺术的昌盛繁荣，做出了应有的贡献。
