A Chamberlain's Worcester porcelain part tea service, early 19th century, decorated in the Imari palette,prising: two cake plates, approx. 21cm diameter; a slop bowl, approx. 16cm diameter; a twin handled sugar bowl and cover; a milk jug; nine teac with associated saucers; and seven coffee c, together with a small group of wrythern moulded c and saucers, of blue and cream ground and highlighted with gilding,prising three teac with associated saucers and one coffee cup with associated saucer; and a group of Royal Worcester tazzas and plates, printed factory and patent marks with date code for 1883, decorated in red enamels and gilding with various fruits,prising two tall tazzas (one AF), approx. 12cm high; four footed plates (one AF), approx. 8cm high; and eleven plates, 23cm diameter (lot)Condition Report: Chamberlain's Worcester: hairline cracks and staple repairs or restoration to six teac and two coffee c, a chip to the rim of another teacup, the sugar bowl with both handles restored and yellowing, a firing crack to the handle of the milk jug, staple repaired cracks to two saucers, hairline crack to the slop bowl, all other pieces with crazing and light wear. Royal Worcester: as described in the cataloguing, one tazza is as found and one footed plate is as found. The other tazza has staple repairs across the plate. Another footed plate has repairs around the join of the foot and the plate, the other footed plates have dirt-filled crazing. One plate has amateur repaired cracks with adhesive, another has a hairline crack through the base. All pieces with crazing and wear to the gilding.
