作者简介：陈政明(b.1941)，广东普宁人，擅长中国画。1959年汕头市师范学校毕业，现为中国美术家协会理事、中国美术家协会会员、广东省美术家协会副主席、广东美协中国画艺术委员会副主任、汕头画院副院长，汕头市美协主席，一级美术师。 曾任第九、十届全国美展及其它全国性展览评委，曾获首届“黄胄美术奖”，为“百年中国画展”入选画家，为中国美协、中央电视台录播“中国当代国画四十家”之一。
