刘松年，南宋画家，钱塘（今浙江省杭州）人，居清波门，俗称“暗门”，因有“暗门刘”之称。淳熙年间为画院学生，其师张敦礼是李唐的学生，故画风与李唐一脉相承，而笔法俊秀，墨色亦显清淡，绍熙年间升至画院待诏，历经南宋孝宗、光宗、宁宗三朝，其画作有“院人中绝品”之名。工人物、山水、界画，是“南宋四家”中画风最为精致细微的一家。
