此件爵杯为仿先秦礼器爵所制，作圜底杯式，杯流稍长，向外延伸，与角相对，和谐恰美。口沿两侧设有柱头，腹部缓收，圜底较小，侧面设弧形兽首鋬，腹中饰海水江崖纹饰，构图简约却不失大气磅礴之感。底承三足，足形修长，至底外撇，踞地沉稳，与器身比例相宜。其色泽古朴，工艺精湛，饶有古趣，且器身落有款识，体现了清代文人雅士好古之风，举杯对饮，尚古情怀尤生。
