取材和田白玉，玉质温润，油润十足。人物粗眉圆眼，嘴角上扬，怒发冲冠，扭身单腿盘跪，一手置于身前，一手置于脑后。其造型诡奇，威严神秘，身姿矫捷，身躯多处以阴刻装饰，繁复但又不见杂乱，线条的走向流畅，章法中见动感。从造型判断，此器应为古代傩文化中得神祇方相氏，在历代玉雕作品中颇为少见。此器形象生动，技法高超，刀工繁简得当，包浆厚重，古朴别致。
