何维朴，字诗孙，湖南道县人。何绍基之孙。同治六年（1867）顺天乡试副贡，官内阁中书，协办侍读，江苏候补知府。任上海浚浦局总办。工书、画，晚寓上海盘梓山房，以此自给，画以山水著称。对于古画之鉴别尤精。收藏古印甚多，有《颐素斋印存》六卷传世。
