瓶小口，短径，颈、肩处饰对称绶带耳，扁圆腹，圈足。通体以青花釉里红绘龙纹，生动逼真，自然洒脱，此壶仿永乐造型，据《清档记载》，此壶当时称“马挂瓶”，为督窑官唐英奉旨精心烧造的贡御之作，其传旨中特别要求“花纹清真，釉水肥润，颜色鲜明。”
