款识：聚作梨梢白，轻争柳絮狂。夜来花里宿，通体牡丹香。戏拟新罗奉绍庭先生雅属即正 晋陵冯超然 时己卯七月。 钤印：嵩山居士（朱） 作者简介：冯超然，名迥，字超然，以字行，号涤舸，晚号慎得。原籍江苏常州，生于上海松江。辛亥革命后来沪，居嵩山路，卖画为生，别署嵩山居士，室名嵩山草堂。技宗唐寅、仇英。人物、山水、花卉均长，晚年专绘山水，有文徵明之秀逸。代表作有《仕女捧桃图》、《岁寒图》等。出版有《冯超然临严香府山水册》、《冯涤舸画集》等。
