此杯敞口，直腹，近底部内折，圈足，造型规整。胎质坚致缜密，釉面光润细腻，洁白莹亮。外壁蓝釉打底色，以洋彩绘制缠枝莲纹，枝繁叶茂，花卉妍丽婀娜，清新脱俗，雅致宜人。中心开窗以矾红写“寿”字。杯口描金，内壁施白釉。足端一圈露胎不施釉。底部施绿松石釉，中心以青花写“大清雍正年制”六字篆书款。
