此尊造像面带微笑，观其面容，似为年老僧侣像，坎肩、袒右肩式袈裟，内穿交领式僧衣，具有鲜明的地域性特色。衣纹厚重，衣领及袖口、边缘处饰以精美的花纹带，极富层次感。左手施禅定印，右手施说法印，坐于厚垫之上。此像工艺考究，做工精细，其通体泥金，历经岁月沧桑，磨损脱落严重，韵味十足，收藏赏玩价值极高。
