精铜为材，炉身呈圆筒形，口沿平板微侈，下承三如意足。两侧置铺首衔环耳（环佚失），刻画写实，卷耳，鬃毛翻卷，双目圆睁，威风凛凛。筒壁中部微微内倾，厚薄匀称，线条圆弧流畅，起伏之妙，有如风吹水面，微波泛起，柔和自然。外底铸“大清康熙年制”六字楷书款，字体工整端正。该器形制独特，素雅凝练，内膛匀净，又兼长期炭火供养，包浆沉厚，收藏赏玩俱佳。
