朱汉权1964年生，安徽省安庆人。毕业于安徽大学美术系，在北京受国学大师启功先生指导书法，受于宏、张建忠教授等多位老师指导绘画。现为中华名人协会会员，安徽省安庆市书法协会会员。 2007年被中国文史出版社《王一端诗评历代帝王》选展书法作品23幅。作品曾被国家图书馆，北京图书馆等多家图书馆收藏，多幅作品发表于《长河文艺》等杂志。流水下山非有意，片云归洞本无心；人生若得如云水，铁树开花遍界春。此件拍品保存完好，具有极高的收藏价值！
