大清乾隆年制天青釉蟠龙描金蒜头瓶，瓶直口、长颈、腹浑圆似球、圈足。内施白釉，外壁以天青釉为底，绘有蟠龙描金图案。天球瓶是明永乐、宣德时期景德镇窑的创新器形，多以青花装饰。清代雍正、乾隆时期又烧造青花釉里红、斗彩、粉彩等品种。此瓶造型稳重端庄，是乾隆时期官窑瓷器中比较常见的器形。
