瓷胎画珐琅，又名珐琅彩瓷，创烧于康熙晚期，雍正、乾隆时盛行，清代后期仍有少量烧制，但烧造场所已不在清宫中而移至景德镇，是汉族陶瓷艺术之瑰宝。瓷胎画珐琅是清宫内务府造办处珐琅作用珐琅料在宫廷内第二次烧成的一种极为名贵的宫廷御用瓷器，制品不多，极为珍贵，均秘藏于宫苑，庶民弗得一窥。珐琅彩施彩虽薄，却有立体感觉，但触摸起来却稍微平坦光滑，在珐琅彩瓷中可谓出色，暖色热烈，冷色沉着，色彩浓淡处理极佳，造形优美，色彩丰富，金水明亮，包浆古旧，釉面光泽润和，色调浓郁雅正，花朵饱满，花筋叶脉转折流畅，釉色丰富透明，玻璃质感强烈，无论从形制、制作工艺难度还是从珐琅用料、画风之优美几个方面时期之佳作，极其珍贵，具有极高的收藏价值。
