瓶小平口出沿，短直颈，丰肩，腹以下渐收敛，圈足。肩部有弦纹3道。瓶身以“刻花”为饰，腹部刻缠枝牡丹花，下腹刻双层莲瓣纹。此瓶刻工刀锋犀利，深浅有致。牡丹花繁而不乱，花冠丰满，花枝缠绕，俯仰结合。瓶通体施青釉，釉面晶莹温润，玻璃质感强，釉层匀净。 耀州窑刻花青瓷以盘碗为多，瓶类较少。此瓶小口短颈，衬出瓶身的雍容饱满，刻线处积釉色深，凸起处色较浅，使花纹更加清晰，有立体图案的效果，为耀瓷中的精品。
